What I’ve learned in the past years is a design is no good if it doesn’t work. My design work always focuses on measurable results and user happiness. The success of my work is proven by the success of the large and small companies I’ve worked with and helped grow.
Journey:
I didn’t always know I’d end up in product design, but after starting in branding, marketing, and even teaching, moving to Europe opened up a world of possibilities. Over the past 10+ years of professional experience, I’ve worked as a freelancer, in-house, at startups, and in agencies across various countries, developing a diverse range of multi-disciplinary skills in different contexts. I’ve come to understand that design goes beyond aesthetics - it’s about empathy and creating meaningful connections between people and products to achieve both business and user goals.
Currently, I’m working as a Sr. UX/UI Designer at Gracier Carbon, where I lead the design of AI-powered sustainability tools (CSRD and EcoVadis reporting). Previously, I held roles such as Sr. Product Designer at Hallo Sonne, UX/UI and Graphic Designer at IREKS GmbH, Design Manager at Artsmile, and Assistant Lecturer at Tomsk State University and full stack freelancer.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients and interdisciplinary teams across industries, delivering thoughtful, scalable design solutions in both B2B and B2C contexts.
I’m a classically trained designer, holding a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, a Master of Arts in Communications Design, and a Diploma in Web Design & Development.
Now based in Vienna, I split my time between crafting impactful designs and seeking adventure - whether on two wheels, in the snow, or while exploring new cities. I’m also very fascinated by AI technology and regularly try out new AI tools. By using several AI tools, I focus more on ideation and problem-solving and less on execution.
